Teepee Sleepover 
Terms and Conditions

The Client, by placing an order via email, phone, online or social media, agrees that they accept the Terms and Conditions of the Dream Team Teepee Parties hire agreement.  Dream Team Teepee Parties has the final decision in all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions. 

Deposit and booking

  • A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure all Teepee Sleepover bookings payable within 24-hours of your booking. 

  • The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to your chosen party/event date. 

  • Confirmation of final numbers and any additional options are to be received no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.

  • Dream Team Teepee Parties reserves the right to change their prices and charges, however, prices quoted at the time of booking will always be honoured.

  • All outstanding balances are due 24-hours prior to delivery payable by PayPal, credit/debit card, BACS or cash. 

Cancellation

  • Cancellations can be made up to 14 days prior to the scheduled party/event date. 

  • Dream Team Teepee Parties reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason. 

  • Dream Team Teepee Parties reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice if there is a breach of these conditions.

Insurance and liability

  • The Client accepts all liability when renting from Dream Team Teepee Parties.  The Client is responsible for the security of all equipment at all times during the rental period.  Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value.

  • Dream Team Teepee Parties will not be held liable for any claim for personal injury or death or persons, as well as not being liable for any loss or damage to the property however caused. 

  • It is the responsibility of the Client to check for any guest allergies or intolerances.

  • Please be aware that all children need to be supervised at all times.

Delivery and set up

  • Delivery, assembly, styling, collection and general laundering are included in the hire cost unless stated otherwise. 

  • Prices include delivery within 10-miles.  An additional charge will be added to deliveries outside these areas.

  • Delivery times will be agreed between the Client and Dream Team Teepee Parties and confirmed on the booking confirmation. 

  • The Client is responsible for being present to accept delivery of the equipment.

  • The time required for complete set-up is varies dependent on party set-up, number of teepees and add-ons ordered. 

  • All areas to be used for the party/event must be clean, dirt and dust-free and furniture moved as agreed before setup begins.

  • It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the space required for the party/event is big enough to fit the required number of Teepees/Bell Tent/Gazebo.  The set up area should be left clear ready for set up.

Collection

  • Collection and disassembly of equipment will be arranged prior to setup.

  • The Client is to ensure that all equipment is left in the setup area for collection.

  • A check will be performed with the Client prior to breakdown to confirm there are no damages or issues.

Damages

  • The Client will be responsible for the cost of replacing any equipment damaged due to mistreatment while at the Client’s premises.  This includes breakages to equipment, damages to teepees or extra cleaning required due to stains.

  • Diligence must be taken with younger children on the Client’s premises as Dream Team Teepee Parties’ hire equipment is not recommended for children under the age of 5-years old.

  • No naked flames are allowed within the party area.
